The exhibition place is dedicated to the history of this specific domain of industry from Arad, to the craftsmen confectioners from the interwar period and more. Here are exposed some photos from their laboratories and confectionery workshops, from exhibitions and social assemblies, professional documents, caricatures. The exhibition attempts to reproduce in an essential form the place of a confectionery from the interwar period. There are presented: grinders for poppy seeds, sugar and walnuts, machines for whipping the egg whites, machines for manufacturing ice-cream, machines for producing drops, machines that cut the tinfoil, forms for chocolate, for marzipan, for biscuits, for cakes etc., work tables, different tools and measuring instruments.
