The exposition is placed inside Csernovics Castle, and includes more works ( representations of heads of states, romanian politicians, people of art and culture) that belonged to the famous cartoonist Stefan Popa Popa,s , the first romanian that appeared in Guinness World Records- 17 october 1995. He received the prize for dooing the fastest cartoons ever ( in one hour he did 131 cartoons) but also for color drawings made timely ( 2.772 pieces in 10 days and 10 nights).
