Bordering the Treasury Palace, the County building was built in neoclassical style in 1821 and is situated on Revolution Boulevard at number 79. On the facade we find Corinthian columns and a tympanon, which gives the building a special charm. The cellars of the building were used as a prison cells until 1848.
