The Turkish Bazaar from the center of Lipova is one of the few artifacts that are left as proof of the Ottoman rule of the Banat region, having occupied Lipova in two periods: 1552-1595 and 1613-1718. The „Sub dughene” bazaar, known under the name Turkish Bazaar from Lipova, is unique in Romania. Built by the Turks over four centuries ago, the bazaar had a significant role.
