The building, located on the Mihai Eminescu street was built in 1909 by the architect Milan Tabacovici. With its imposing façade with balanced rectangular openings and geometric decorations, along with the the geometric decoration of the wrought iron framing and the attic dormers, the building belongs to the geometric style of the 1900 period. Until 1912 the building housed, besides apartments, the newsroom and the print shop of the ''Tribuna'' newspaper.
