It's managed by the Arad Public Transport Company. The existence of this museum in Ghioroc is due to the important position that had and still possessed the town in the urban public transport system and peri-urban areas, located about midway between Arad and Pâncota, that is an important tourists and wine-growing area. Also in Ghioroc was born the first electrified tram line from Eastern Europe , the eighth of the world; far longer subjected to electric train still racing old vineyard( dating back centuries XIX century), known by the elders as ,, green arrow,, . The museum contains an interesting collection of electric cars century XIX-XX, and a power line station which supports public transportation tram at the beginning of the century; museum visit can be made on request, also can be achieved traveling by the vintage train on the route Arad- Ghioroc.
