The architectural assembly consists of: the building of the castle constructed by the Baron Sandor Atzel (owner of the domain that stretched from Târnova to Ineu) and a beautiful arboretum of 6 ha, which contains rare species of trees is one of the best preserved buildings Ineu area. According to a legend of the place, the castle from Mocrea alongside all the land has been lost to books by a descendant of Baron Atzel the expense of Solymosy Laszlo (merchant animals).
The family has owned the property until after Solymosy the World War II, when it was nationalized, today the building serves as a medical unit.
The architectural composition of the building is symmetrical, the central body of the building has on each of the both sides one body edgeways with a height level with P + 1 levels. The building is rectangular. The entrance impresses with 4 massive columns made in Doric style that sustain the construction gable. The main body of the building has one balcony on each side, which enriches the image of the construction. The building is at the same time stately, elegant and sober, decorated with floral and geometrical motifs perfectly orchestrated. Noteworthy is the vaulted ceiling of the main hall - unique feature to the mansions in the area.
The windows of the main and side façades are adorned with straight or circular frames to increase the feeling of importance of the building. Throughout its existence, the building didn’t undergone any major changes or radical intervention, the last time being renovated in 2004, with the support of the Arad County Council.
